Welcome to Person Street Pharmacy! We invite you to let us be your personal pharmacy. Our pharmacy was founded in 1910 in Raleigh and is located between Historic Oakwood and Historic Mordecai...one block North of Krispy Kreme. We feature all of the products and services you expect from a personal pharmacy. We specialize in hard to find products. We offer internet refills, delivery serivce and specialize in patient care. We are a full service pharmacy and very attentive to your pharmacy needs. We accept most third party insurance plans, Medicare Pard D and Medicaid. You can transfer your prescriptions from other pharmacies, simply bring in your bottles, or call us. We are here to help you!
We are the only pharmacy in Raleigh which still has an old fashioned soda fountain and we can be found in books as Ice Cream Around the World and others. We continue to serve real milkshakes, cherry cokes, orangeades, limeades and many other fountain items you remember. The food (such as hot dogs, chicken salad sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, hamburgers, grilled cheese and many others) is delicious. We have a faithful following at the fountain, or grill as many refer to it today. See our menu at left under Fountain and Grill.

Person Street Pharmacy offers free blood pressure checks during normal pharmacy hours. Blood pressure has aways been known as the silent killer. Blood pressure can be properly maintained simply by performing regular blood pressure checks and knowing your blood pressure reading. You should check your blood pressure at least two times a month. Blood pressure can elevate without symptons so you should feel free to use our equipment when needed.
