Is a Veterinary Prescription different than regular pharmacy Prescription?
Yes, often times a Veterinary prescription is customized to your pet’s unique needs. Commercially available prescriptions often only offer a few select dosages of a medication but at Palmer’s we can customize the medication’s dosage, flavor, and method of use (cream or suspension or capsule).
Do you offer flavor options?
Yes, often times we use chicken flavoring, but we also offer beef, liver, tuna, and even fruity flavors for pets such as ferrets or guinea pigs.
Do you offer volume based discounts?
Yes, when possible we offer a discount if you purchase a 3 month supply. *sometimes customized compounds have a shorter beyond-use-date and in those cases we’re aren’t able to offer this option.
Will you work with my Veterinarian to get the medication that my pet needs?
Yes, we work closely with Veterinarian offices to customize the medication to fit the pet’s specific needs.
